Compactable robot transport cart

Overview

During the FRC offseason, I learned SolidWorks and Fusion 360 CAM by CADing a compactable robot cart for FRC team 190. With help from Josh Mallette, this cart was later manufactured in under 36 hours from raw stock to rolling, powder coated cart. Parts were manufactured in FRC 190s machine shop on a HAAS VF4SS and a Shop Sabre table CNC. The cart features adjustable mounting rails, a removable handle for robot access, and the ability to flat pack on top of 190's pit road cases. The cart was used for the duration of the 2024 season.
